New Integration: Connect Ashby to ChartHop’s People Operations Platform

You can now integrate Ashby with ChartHop, unifying your hiring data with your people data. 

ChartHop is a dynamic people operations platform that connects and visualizes people data so you can plan, manage, and engage your entire organization. With an HRIS, headcount planning, compensation reviews, performance, and engagement, ChartHop is used as a central nervous system of people data for many teams.

The integration solves a critical pain point for organizations: keeping hiring and talent data in sync. Users can now transfer data between Ashby and ChartHop, ensuring hiring plans and people operations are always aligned and eliminating the need for manual data entry.

Using the Integration

Once configured, this integration creates new Ashby Openings from ChartHop jobs and pushes hire information back to corresponding jobs in ChartHop.

Create new Ashby Openings from ChartHop Jobs

When a job is set to Active in ChartHop, an opening is created in Ashby. Please note, this integration doesn’t create jobs in Ashby. This ensures your team is able to use template jobs and link the automatically created openings to them as necessary.

Push Hire Data to ChartHop Jobs

Once a candidate is hired, Ashby will push their data back to the corresponding job in ChartHop. You have the option to send the data automatically or push it manually.
