Advanced Interview Counting

Counting interviews can be a complicated matter. We recently updated our reporting to allow selection on whether you want to count every scheduled interview event or apply logic to count one interview per stage, which can be especially useful for panel interviews such as onsites. When reporting on the interview subject you'll now see the option to pick which matches your use case!

As a reminder, you can also report on interview start times or interview creation times - our customers have reported that the creation time reporting functionality is especially useful for recruiting coordinator and scheduling metrics of interest.
