Form field connectors for feedback forms

You may now connect feedback form answers to a candidate custom field. This updated feature also allows you to backfill any previously answered questions.

The form field connector supports the following feedback form field types:

• Short answer
• Number
• Phone (Automatically connects to Primary, Personal phone number. Then, additional phone fields connect to Any phone number field on the candidate profile)
• Email (links to short text fields)
• Multiple choice
• Checkboxes
• Date
• Yes/No

A couple of things to keep in mind:

• The candidate field will be updated whenever a new answer is submitted.
• If a private feedback form field is linked to a non-private candidate custom field, the private feedback form's answer can be viewed by any user with access to the candidate profile and won't require private notes/field access. When linking the fields, verify you're connecting a private feedback form field to a private candidate custom field!
