Group emails for alerts and scheduled dashboards
You now have the option to send alerts and scheduled dashboards to all recipients as a group, instead of sending separate emails to each person.
Head over to any existing alert or scheduled dashboard and select the new "Group Email" option.
This feature makes it much more convenient to start follow-up conversations based on the data in your alerts and dashboards.
Previously, you had to manually gather all recipients to initiate these conversations. Now, you can reply directly to the notification, keeping everyone in the loop and maintaining context.
Customers on the Foundations plan can use this feature through the alert template library. Plus and Enterprise customers can access the new group email option for templated and custom alerts as well as scheduled dashboard deliveries.
