Verify answers using AI-assisted analysis during application review
We’ve released an update to our AI-Assisted Application Review that lets you filter candidates based on whether they’ve answered one of your application questions. This feature builds on our AI-assisted capabilities, helping you become more productive during the review process.
In a candidate-rich market, high inbound volume often comes paired with low-effort or non-answers to application questions. When this happens, answers intended to provide insight beyond a resume end up draining reviewer productivity and taking too much time to sift through. These answers often look like:
- "N/A"
- "I’m happy to provide more information once you contact me"
- "-"
- A copy-and-pasted list of skills
- Half or non-answers lacking necessary context
Boolean filters and extra reviewer hours only go so far. That’s why we’ve added the ability to use AI during application review to determine whether a question was appropriately answered.
To get started, pick the application questions you want to analyze during review.
The AI criteria quick filter will provide an option to indicate whether or not the applicant answered the question.
You can then use this filter to segment and review similar applications, improving your efficiency.
Because this new capability is built on our existing AI-Assisted Application Review framework, you’ll continue to see citations, retain the option to flag analysis, and know that this feature has undergone the same rigorous review to ensure it can be responsibly integrated into your workflow.
High volumes of low-quality answers continue to bog down reviewers, costing valuable time and energy. Use the new AI-Assisted Application question analysis to help keep your inbound channel focused, efficient, and ready to connect with the best candidates.
Head to "AI Job Criteria" under your job's settings and select the questions you'd like to start evaluating to get started.
